Capacity rules per order

The same capacity rules apply to every Shared Transport booking made with your Sahel Express promo code:

Maximum of two (2) vehicles per order.
A Golf Cart (4-Seater) may be combined with one (1) additional supported vehicle.
A Golf Cart (6-Seater) must be booked alone, or combined with one scooter only.
If no Golf Cart is selected, any combination of two (2) supported vehicles is permitted.

Schedule & booking cutoff

A fixed weekly schedule, allocated first-come, first-served.

2 days a week, 2 slots a day

One slot dedicated to Cairo → North Coast, and one slot dedicated to North Coast → Cairo. Slots are subject to capacity and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Book before 6:00 PM the day before

Bookings submitted after 6:00 PM the day preceding your selected departure slot will not be accepted for the following day and must be rescheduled to the next available slot.

3. Choose Shared Transport

Select the Shared Transport option for the offer to apply.

4. Enter your promo code

Apply the promotional code received via SMS at the order review & confirmation screen before paying. The discount is applied automatically to the total order value once validated.

Offer is valid until 25 September 2026 or until all issued promotional codes have been redeemed, whichever occurs first. Naqla and Emirates NBD reserve the right to end the promotional period at any time with reasonable prior notice to customers.
The offer is exclusively available to Emirates NBD Signature Banking clients who have been issued a valid Sahel Express promotional code by Emirates NBD.
The offer is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to any other individual.
This promotional code is valid solely for the Sahel Express shared transport service on the Naqla application.
Each promotional code issued under this offer may be redeemed once only. Upon successful redemption, the code is immediately deactivated and cannot be reused, regardless of whether the trip was completed, cancelled, or modified. The promo code is applied on the total order value for the Sahel Express shared truck feature.
The Sahel Express shared transport service operates on a fixed weekly schedule with 2 days per week, with 2 booking slots available on each day — one designated for Cairo to North Coast and one for North Coast to Cairo. Slots are subject to capacity and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Customers must complete their booking before 6:00 PM on the day preceding their selected departure slot. Bookings submitted after 6:00 PM will not be accepted for the following day’s slot and must be rescheduled to the next available slot.

The promotional code is not valid for any vehicle type outside the above list.
The promotion will be automatically applied to the total order amount upon successful code validation.
The offer is valid for trips between Greater Cairo and the North Coast only, in either direction. It is not valid for any other route or destination available on the Naqla platform.
The following capacity rules apply to all Shared Transport bookings, including those made using this promotional code:
- Maximum of two (2) vehicles per order.
- A Golf Cart (4-Seater) may be combined with one (1) additional supported vehicle.
- A Golf Cart (6-Seater) must be booked alone or combined with 1 scooter.
- If no Golf Cart is selected, any combination of two (2) supported vehicles is permitted.
Customers who wish to cancel a booking made using this promotional code must do so before 6:00 PM on the day preceding the scheduled departure slot. Cancellations made after this deadline will be considered a no-show and 50% of the trip price will be considered the cancellation fee; the applicable penalty shall be borne by Emirates NBD, while the promo code shall be considered redeemed.
Customers may reschedule their booking to a different available slot subject to capacity availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted before the 6:00 PM booking deadline of the originally selected slot. The promotional code remains bound to the original booking and cannot be transferred to a new booking in the event of cancellation.
The value of the promotional code is not redeemable for cash.
If a confirmed slot is cancelled or disrupted due to reasons within Naqla’s control, the customer’s promotional code will be reinstated and made available for use on the next available slot. Naqla will notify the customer through the app and via direct communication as soon as possible.
Following booking confirmation and successful payment, the Sahel Express Operations team will coordinate directly with the customer regarding pickup arrangements, scheduling, and delivery planning. Customers are required to ensure their vehicle is accessible and ready for loading within the agreed pickup window.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle being transported is in a roadworthy and safe condition for loading and transport. Naqla reserves the right to refuse transport of any vehicle deemed unsafe, damaged, or unsuitable for loading onto the flatbed truck without liability to the customer.
All vehicles transported under the Sahel Express service are fully insured by Naqla during transit. Insurance coverage applies from the moment the vehicle is loaded onto the truck until it is delivered and unloaded at the destination address.
Naqla’s liability is limited to direct damage caused to the vehicle during transit. Naqla shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, or force majeure circumstances.
