Terms and conditions

The offer is valid from 15 May 2026 till 15 June 2026 on Mastercard Titanium, Platinum, TMG Titanium and TMG Platinum credit cards.
Campaign offer: Use your card in international transactions, either online or in-store transactions, and get a chance to win a gold coin.
Eligible cards: Titanium, Platinum, TMG Titanium and TMG Platinum Mastercard credit cardholders are eligible for the campaign offer.
Excluded cards: Standard, Standard FCB, Platinum FCB, World, World Elite and co-branded TMG World Mastercard cardholders are excluded from the campaign.
There will be one winner from each credit card tier — one from Titanium and one from Platinum.
For credit cards, transactions executed using both the primary and supplementary cards will be counted.
The minimum spend and transaction-count thresholds depend on the card type:
- Titanium / TMG Titanium: EGP 4,000 minimum spend and 3 minimum transactions.
- Platinum / TMG Platinum: EGP 11,500 minimum spend and 3 minimum transactions.
The offer is valid on international purchase and e-commerce transactions only. Domestic and cash-withdrawal transactions are excluded.
Transactions made using the physical card or Apple Pay are included.
The gold coin will be handed to the winners in July 2026.
Reversed, declined, local and cash-withdrawal transactions will not be included in the campaign.
The Bank has the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any card from the offer without cause — including, without limitation, any fraudulent or suspicious transactions that do not comply with the campaign conditions.
