Terms and conditions:

  • The Offer is valid from the 1 of November 2025 till the 31 of December 2025 on Mastercard credit cards
  • Campaign offer: Customers can receive 5% cashback on their total executed international purchase transactions during the campaign period
  • Only Platinum, World and World Elite Mastercard Cardholders will be eligible to the cashback offer
  • Cardholders must meet the minimum count of transactions and the total amount of transactions per month to be eligible to get the 5% cashback:

    Platinum / Platinum FCB 6 EGP 15,000
    World / World Elite 10 EGP 40,000
  • The Offer is valid on total international purchase transactions including purchases through the “point of sale” machines in stores and e-commerce (in foreign currency), while cash withdrawal is excluded
  • Subscription Method:
    • Clients may subscribe by replying to the two-way SMS using the specific reply indicated in the message
    • If the SMS is not received, clients must contact the call center to complete the subscription

      (Failure to subscribe through either method will result in ineligibility for the cashback offer)

  • Cashback amount related to the offer will be credited to eligible credit cards in the following month

    Example: If the customer makes international purchase transactions in November 2025 and has fulfilled the above specified limits, the 5% cashback will be credited in December 2025.

  • If the customer didn’t receive the cashback, he/she can reach out through the bank’s call center to submit a request. The case will be investigated within 2 working days and cashback will be credited to the credit card if deemed valid. Customer must submit the request/complaint within 1 month after the month of the cashback crediting that is subject to the complaint. (i.e. if customer is complaining from a cashback related to November spend, last date to receive complaints is end of January)
  • Reversed, declined, cash withdrawal and domestic transactions will not be included in the cashback calculation
  • The Cardholder must not be delinquent in payment nor exceeded the maximum limit at the time of crediting the cashback to benefit from the offer
  • Bank has the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any card from the offers without cause, including without limitation, any fraudulent and/or suspicious transactions that do not comply with the campaign conditions
  • The Bank has the right, at its absolute discretion, at any time to amend or continue these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice to the Customer, provided that these amendments or changes are disclosed on the Bank’s official website
  • Standard, Standard FCB, Titanium, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, TMG Co-Branded and Corporate cards are excluded
