Terms & Conditions

The 0% instalments request cannot be submitted through Emirates NBD call center.
EPP 0% will be booked within three business days from request date, subject to the transaction being settled.
There are no maximum number of enrolments in the instalment payment plan service if they are within the card's credit limit.
Reversed, declined, commercial, international and cash transactions will not be calculated.
The instalment is posted as part of the due amount, which is the instalment(s) plus the minimum amount due out of the total non-enrolled balance in the instalment payment plan, if any.
The first instalment is due the next month of enrolment. Example: if the customer applies for the instalment payment plan in June, the first instalment will be due in July.
This service will not be available if the card is delinquent and/or suspended.
In case the client misses two consecutive instalments, the plan will be cancelled automatically.
Visa credit cards and corporate credit cards are excluded from the offer.
Normal POS EPP 0% T&Cs apply.
Last date to receive any complaints pertaining to this campaign is 23 August 2026.
