Redemption rules

Clients must present a valid National ID or Passport along with their eligible Emirates NBD card when receiving the service.
Patients are responsible for paying the cost of the services received after the applicable discount has been deducted.
The Bank card discount cannot be combined with another insurance card for the same service. Patients must select one benefit/card to use.
Patients may cancel a scheduled appointment if they have not yet received the service. Any refund will be subject to the hospital’s applicable refund policy.
