Select “Cardless Menu” from the ATM home screen
Choose your preferred language
Choose InstaPay service
Enter your registered mobile number on InstaPay & press confirm
Generate an OTP from InstaPay application by following the below steps:
- Choose “ATM Withdrawal” from home screen
- Choose to generate One Time Password “OTP”
- Enter the IPN PIN to generate an OTP
Enter the OTP on the ATM screen
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your account on the ATM

Now you can register with your Emirates NBD account to InstaPay and take an advantage of the 24/7 transfers to any bank within Egypt.

Download InstaPay App from google play or App Store
Enter your registered mobile number
Choose Emirates NBD Egypt
Enter your debit Card number & Pin
Select your preferred account to be added and choose its own payment address (IPA)
Enter the OTP PIN received on your mobile
Create the PIN IPN, and this is the password for your account which you will use for all financial transactions on the app
