Emirates NBD Egypt launches new branch at Alexandria's City Entrance

Cairo, May 7, 2017 – In line with its continuous endeavor to provide the best services to customers, Emirates NBD Egypt launched in December its newest branch at Alexandria's entrance. The state-of-the-art branch is equipped, under the highest standards, with all of the sophisticated communication and banking technology tools to provide the best banking services, with ease and practicality.

The inauguration of the new branch came after the bank's old branch in Mirage district – opposite to the new branch – had undergone infrastructure damages, due to the floods, which affected customers' accessibility to the old branch.

"The inauguration of a new branch in a better location in the same area affirms the keenness of Emirates NBD Egypt to meet customers' satisfaction and to react positively and immediately to abrupt snags or challenges whether within banking services or the bank's assets and branch premises," said Tarek Fakhry, Region Head of Alexandria, Delta and Canal- Emirates NBD Egypt.

"Well-equipped branches help boost the banking sector by attracting new customers. The banking assets and branches are a key part of the banking sector, combined with the services offered by banks. They also bring in new customers to the banking sector which is the objective that the bank seeks to achieve through the continuous upgrade of branches and the inauguration of new ones," he added.

The Mirage branch provides high-quality banking services and is equipped with state-of-the-art installations that offer professional e-banking services as well as sophisticated, cutting-edge lounges for customers with secure currency exchange boxes. The branch also offers commercial banking services and facilities including a spacious parking lot that can accommodate a large number of customers' cars.
