  • Provide original receipts, vouchers or other suitable evidence of purchase / ownership / value for loss OR stolen personal possessions
  • Provide police report
  • Provide Content proof of ownership
For Robbery committed using Violence and/or Assault at the ATM:
  • You need to report to the local Police authorities immediately
  • Provide incident report that indicates the covered time frame for which the Assault occurred, unless you are legally incapable of doing so
  • Provide your bank statement confirming the time of the withdrawal

  • When the customer receives a critical diagnosis, they should contact Allianz to reach WorldCare to request MSO
  • The local Medical Director confirms the eligibility and gathers medical records and submits to WorldCare Medical Hub
  • WorldCare Medical Hub triages case to appropriate Hospital/multi-disciplinary team within the WorldCare Consortium
  • Specialist Radiologist/Pathologist and subspecialist/specialist clinicians review the case and provide comprehensive MSO reports
  • Review MSO and seek additional input from a second institutional team if needed
  • Provides WorldCare MSO Report to the customer and their designated doctor
  • Reviews the report in details with the customer
  • Receives MSO Report and ask follow-up questions of WorldCare consulting team within 30 days of report receipt
