Offer is valid from 15 of November till 15 of December 2025
Emirates NBD TMG Mastercard co-branded Credit Card holders can convert their purchases at any merchant inside TMG malls to 0% interest installments and no processing fees on 6 or 12 months tenor
Minimum transaction amount EGP 500
The 0% installments request must be submitted through Emirates NBD Call Center
The Bank has the right to request related POS invoice or decline the transaction in case transaction executed outside Malls in TMG communities
Installment Limit: Up to 70% of the customer’s total credit limit
Reversed/Declined/Commercial/Cash transactions will not be calculated
The installment is posted as part of the due amount, which is the installment/s plus the minimum amount due out of total non-enrolled balance in the Installment Payment Plan, if any
The first installment is due on the next month of enrollment. Example: if the customer applied for Installment Payment Plan in November the first installment will be due in December
This service will not be available if the credit card is delinquent and/or suspended
In case the customer missed two consecutive installments, the plan will be cancelled automatically
This offer provides an option for customers between Zero interest installment offer or cards main feature of up to 5% cashback
Selecting an installment plan under this campaign will result in reversing any cashback-equivalent reward points earned on the installed transaction (up to 5%)
Cashback of up to 5% is a standard card feature and not part of this campaign

In case of any disputes/inquiries/complaints related to the installment, customer should revert to the bank
