Terms and conditions:

• Campaign is valid starting from 01-05-2024 till 31-08-2024.
• The campaign terms apply to:
  • New or existing clients of personal banking and priority banking.
  • New-to-bank CEP clients of personal banking and priority banking.
• For the new or existing clients of personal banking and priority banking:
  • The first 50 customers will be selected monthly to win the monthly prize of EGP 50K, these customers will be selected based on increasing the balances of their current and/or saving and/or current plus accounts, by a minimum of EGP 200K during the campaign period.
  • Customers can distribute the minimum required balance of EGP 200K across all their current, saving, and current plus accounts provided that the total amounts which has been in these accounts are not less than the minimum balance required to be eligible to get this monthly prize.
  • In case the customer wins, a lien will be placed on the minimum required balance of EGP 200K starting from the date of crediting the amount of the monthly prize and for a period of 6 months. If the customer wishes to release the lien and withdraw the balance before 6 months have passed, the Bank will debit and withdraw the total amount of the monthly prize from any of the customer’s accounts at the Bank, before releasing the lien.
• For the new-to-bank CEP clients of personal banking and priority banking:
  • The first 50 customers will be selected monthly to win the monthly prize of EGP 5K allocated to them, by transferring their salaries to their accounts at the bank not less than a sum of EGP 20K as a minimum during the campaign period and starting from April 2024.
  • In case the salaries of the new to bank CEP clients are less than EGP 20K, they will not be eligible to win the monthly prize.
• Customers who win monthly prizes in any of the campaign’s months will not be eligible for monthly prizes in subsequent months of the campaign but will still be able to enter the draw for the grand prize provided they meet the campaign criteria.
• A draw will be conducted at the end of the campaign period to select customers who have funded and maintained the credit balances in their accounts with a minimum of EGP 500K of new funds in all current, saving, and current plus accounts as well as fixed deposits (certificates and time deposits) to win the grand prize.
• The grand prize is a cashback of EGP 1Mn, and the number of the customers which will be selected from the eligible ones according to the campaign criteria to get the grand prize, and win it is one customer.
• After funding the accounts with the minimum required balance to win the grand prize, which is EGP 500K, every additional net increase in the customer’s accounts/amount of fixed deposits with a minimum of EGP 100K gives the customer another opportunity to enter another draw, as well as for customers who have obtained a loan/a credit card during the campaign period will give them another chance to enter the draw as well.
• If there are two different customers (have different CIFs ) with the same amount of net increase in the balances, then the transaction time will be the criterion that will differentiate between these two customers.
• The campaign includes all products available in foreign currency (dollars).
• Customers that are considered as 1st degree relatives to any employee staff in Emirates NBD will be excluded from the campaign.
