Dubai, 20 November 2017: His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mua'lla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain inaugurates Emirates NBD’s revamped Umm Al Quwain (UAQ) branch.

The transformed branch embodies Emirates NBD’s ‘tech-plus-touch’ philosophy, offering customers a modern and digitalised banking experience, and marks the bank’s twenty-first addition to Emirates NBD’s growing footprint of disability-friendly branches.

Customers who visit the bank’s new UAQ branch will experience three dedicated zones; the first will feature state-of-the-art self-service technology for customers to process transactional services independently and faster than before; the second will feature an interactive vibrant LED wall showcasing the latest relevant promotions; and the third advisory zone with have trained branch ambassadors dedicated to convenient personal service for customers to help them with all their banking requirements.
