EPP with Rewards Terms & Conditions:

EPP with Rewards is a service which allows our customers to convert credit card purchases into installments with zero interest by redeeming their reward points collected previously against their spend.

• Normal purchase transactions through the merchant over the POS.
• Customer has to call Emirates NBD call center 16664 to convert any retail transaction into fixed installments with zero interest against his Rewards points.
• Emirates NBD call center agent to inform the customer with eligible amounts for zero interest installments that will be equivalent to customer’s Reward Points.
• Amounts subject to zero interest installments depends on number of points requested to be redeemed and number of requested tenors.
• The credit cardholder must submit the request before the end of the transaction grace period.
• Client can choose a tenor from 6, 12, 18 months.
• The minimum transaction amount is EGP 1,000.
• The maximum transaction amount is EGP 76,000.
• There are no maximum number of enrollments in EPP with Rewards service as long as they are within the card’s credit limit.
• EPP amount shouldn’t exceed total amount due on the card.
• The first installment is due on the next month of enrollment. Example: if the customer applied for EPP with Rewards in March 2019 the first installment will be due in April 2019.
• The installment is posted as part of the amount due, which is the installment/s plus the minimum amount due out of total non-enrolled balance in Installment Payment Plan-if any.
• This service will not be available if the card is delinquent and/or suspended cards, while active services might be automatically cancelled for the same reasons.
• Emirates NBD shall be entitled to disallow/refuse any request submitted by the client under EPP with Rewards without assigning any reason whatsoever.

• Eligible Emirates NBD customers are automatically enrolled in points program
• Points that are earned on the cards will reflect in the next business day from the transaction settlement date
• Points expire after two years from the earn month
• Vouchers expire after three months from the redemption date
• All redemptions are personalized and must be used by the main beneficiary who is the primary bank customer. You have to present your National ID or Passport at the merchant to be able to redeem
• Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced and respective points are non-refundable
• Minimum points balance to be able to redeem is 10,000 points
• The Bank is entitled to amend the present terms and conditions from time to time and shall notify with the amendment through any mean of communication considered adequate. The introduced amendments to these conditions are an integral part of them without a written approval from the customer
