Now, you can check and keep track of your accumulated reward points balance with our Points Plus program through Mastercard website or Mastercard Pay with Rewards mobile application whenever you shop using Emirates NBD Mastercard debit and credit cards.

And because getting rewarded is now easier than ever, you can earn points effortlessly with every EGP spent using your Emirates NBD Mastercard debit and credit cards and redeem these points and use them to pay for your purchases anywhere and anytime while you shop through POS at any of your favorite retailers.

How to register to the reward points system?

Click here to visit Mastercard website
Click "Register"
Enter the 16 digits on your debit or credit card, card expiry date and the three digits verification code "CVV"
Enter your birth date and the last four digits of your National ID
Create your username and password, then choose and answer the security questions, insert your e-mail address, and confirm reading the terms and conditions. Then click "next step"

How to redeem your reward points?

You can redeem your points instantly in purchase transactions anytime and anywhere or you can use them to cover previous purchases:

Download Mastercard Pay with Rewards application from App Store or Google Play
Open the application on your phone and enter your username and password, created previously
Choose the card you want to use in case you have several cards enrolled
Enable Pay with Rewards by choosing "next purchase" to cover only the next purchase transaction or choose "all purchases" to cover all the next purchase transactions with points till service is disabled
Then, execute a normal purchase transaction anywhere using the chosen card

Note: Transactions will be normally deducted, then reversed after the points are redeemed. Also, the minimum transaction amount to be eligible for Pay with Rewards is EGP 10.

Terms and Conditions:

Emirates NBD’s Points Plus program is a rewarding system that grants you reward points against your purchases using any of the bank’s credit or debit Mastercard. The below table illustrates the reward points earning criteria for each eligible card type:

N.B The points earning can be changed at any time based at the bank’s discretion

The following are excluded from the points earnings:
- Cash deposits or cash withdrawals at the ATMs
- All card fees, including but not limited to annual membership fees, renewal fees, late payment fees, overlimit fees, issuance fees, mark-up fees, replacement fees, etc.
- Interest or commission charges
- Mobile wallet transactions
- Purchase transactions at governmental entities
Your Mastercard automatically enrolls you to the program free of charge. However, to redeem your points, you must register either through the website or through Pay with Rewards (PwR) Application. For more information, please watch the video mentioned above
You can redeem your points instantly in purchase transactions anytime and anywhere or you can use them to cover previous purchases (limited to 24 hours from transaction date)
Upon activating the Pay with Rewards service and using your card in a purchase transaction, it will be debited from the card, then a credit transaction will occur with the equivalent amount of the reward points redeemed within two business days
In case of partial redemptions at merchants/stores, you can still pay the difference with your credit or debit cards or in cash
All earned points on all your eligible cards are added to one household, each card enrolled under this household can redeem all the reward points available
Every 10,000 reward points are equal to EGP 50, highlighting that the minimum number of points to be eligible for redemption is 10,000 reward points. While the minimum transaction amount to be eligible to Pay with Rewards is EGP 50
Points redeemed is irrevocable and cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances
The bank has the right to cancel your enrollment on the Points Plus program or purge your reward points in case of:
- Your card is blocked, suspended, expired, or cancelled
- Any of your credit cards are delinquent for any reason
- Any misuse is detected on any of your cards or any other violation to Emirates NBD Egypt banking agreement
In case of card replacement or renewal, the related reward points will be migrated to the new card automatically
Reward points are valid for 24 months from the earning date
Reward points cannot be transferred from one client to another
Emirates NBD Egypt is entitled at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notification or liability to the customer, to terminate the Points Plus program and/or cancel and/or vary its benefits or features, and/or vary, add or delete any of the terms and conditions outlined herein, and/or withdraw or change the participants of the Points Plus program, and/or modify or limit the value of each reward point and/or the manner of their redemption even though if any of such acts may diminish the value of the reward points already accumulated
